The National Community Leadership Association announced winners and merit award recipients of the 2004 Resource Fair Competition during the general session of their annual leadership conference, held in Tucson in June. Leadership Fort Wayne received a merit award for program budgets under $200,000 for their 2003 annual report. The report was designed by EDG.
